Order Changes

While we will do our best to accommodate requests before production begins, we cannot guarantee modifications once an order has entered fulfillment.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photographic evidence so that we may review the issue and arrange a replacement where appropriate.
