Every order is carefully prepared before shipment. Please review the following information regarding processing and delivery times.

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days.

Processing time refers to the time required to prepare, personalize, package, and dispatch your order before it is handed to the shipping carrier.

Please note that processing times do not include shipping transit times.

During periods of high demand, holidays, or special promotions, processing times may be slightly extended.

Estimated Shipping Times

Once shipped, most orders arrive within the following timeframes:

United States

Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days

Canada

Estimated delivery: 8–12 business days

Shipping Delays

Delivery times may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control, including:

The Sleeping Swallow is not responsible for shipping delays that occur after an order has been dispatched.

Refunds will not be issued solely due to carrier-related shipping delays.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply before the package can be resent.

Tracking Information

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving your shipping confirmation email.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once tracking indicates that a package has been delivered, The Sleeping Swallow is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, misplaced, or delivered to an unsecured location.

Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delivery disputes or missing packages.
